Hey! I'm Emily,

I've been in your shoes. I've experienced the overwhelming confusion and fear that can surround nutrition and achieving your goals. In fact, I battled my own demons with bulimia and binge eating disorder. But I refuse to let anyone else go down that painful road.
 

My crystal-clear mission is to show you that nutrition, exercise, and reaching your health goals can be simple and empowering, liberating you from fear and restriction.
 

My own journey included losing my period for two years, painful periods once they returned, unexplained acne, bloat and fatigue. Frustratingly, doctors couldn't provide answers. But everything changed when I discovered the power of functional nutrition. Holistic approaches unlocked my dream body and a pain-free, vibrant life.
 

A quick FYI, I'm not your average cheerleader— I will bring the power of mindset and functional testing to provide the support you truly deserve. Expect nurturing compassion but direct feedback. I will hold you to high standards because I believe in your strength to overcome obstacles. Together, we'll pave the path to sustainable transformation and longevity.
